september update

Assalamualaikum readers :)

seems like it has been almost 4 months i didn't update this blog. now i'm in 6th week of second semester of my third and final year here, how fast time flies. i will have another 6 weeks for my degree insyaallah, if i do well in this semester. doakan :)

i didn't go anywhere for my winter break, because it was during ramadhan. i will not gonna enjoy the trip, coz i like to eat when travelling, and i dont want to rush for iftar and tarawikh. so i just decided to stay in adelaide, but yeah basically i went to airport so many times because few of my friends asked for my help to send them there. some are going interstate, some went back to malaysia. pretty sad huh, going to airport many times but u're just stay in adelaide. and also i did some work like cleaning, as well as delivering catalogues, even when fasting! dont be surprised, we didn't really feel exhausted and sometimes we didnt even sweat. payment for delivering catalogues here is very small, but i don't really mind, that was kind of an exercise for me.

then when the result came out , i was in a bit depressed mode. i dont have to sit for supplementary nor repeat the subject. but the results were horrible and will just giving me headache when thinking about it. but then, i take it positively. 

ramadhan this year, i feel so grateful to experience it. it was so different from my previous years. this year, i never missed my sahur, so i will perform my subuh prayer early. and also, tomorrow which is the last day of syawal, will be my last day of puasa 6, insyaallah. and this is my first time, puasa enam. fasting and waking up for tahajud are between the hardest things to do in my life, but i managed to overcome it in last ramadhan and syawal. but i failed to khatam the quran ;(

raya here was so great. seriously, i am so going to miss my raya here. i dont know why some of my friends here are willing to skip classes just to celebrate eid with their family. just so u know u will spent the rest of your eid celebration with your family once u finished your study here. it was so fun to be with friends, chatting and taking photos together. not sure, maybe because this is my final year, i kind of like treasure everything i do recently. 

above picture is all my housemates during our open house. it wasn't that good, because everything was done in the last minutes. on saturday, we went to raya at several houses. but in the early morning, me and izzati delivered the catalogues.after finished, we mow the grass coz our lawn looked like a jungle, before getting ready for open house. but i was a bit nervous at that time, because we haven't bought a single thing for tomorrow's open house! at 4pm (groceries closes at 5pm on weekends) me, mages, and zati rushingly go to city to buy all the groceries, pinggan plastic and everything. luckily, we managed to buy everything in the list before 5pm! then, i went and fetch ain in the previous house, and we went for another open house. after that, we get back home (after borrow huge pot and other stuff at another friend's house) and start to cook, i was extremely exhausted, and slept at 3am when everything was done. i feel so great to see, many people came end enjoy our food. but seriously, if it was done on the last minutes like this time, i will never gonna do it. next day, i decided not to go to work, because i have lost all my energy and just clean our house instead. 

enough with open raya story,,this second picture was taken few weeks ago at fel fella, because i was really craving for pizza. it tastes so good, i might go alone soon if i really want to eat that because the pizza is really my favourite, together with the roasted chicken. 

 me with mages, shabihah, and zee. these guys really made my days nowadays to be more wonderful. i no longer feel lonely here. because previous semester, once i get back home, i will not going to see people. the only time i saw homosapiens were at university, and that's why i hate to just stay at home.

this is zee, she is so talkative and friendly. sometimes she can be so strict, when it comes to things related to cleanliness. but yeah, we kind of like having the same way of thinking. easy going, and love to stay at university.

we are all future biotechnologist! haha. i forgot my lab coat that day, so i just borrow the one in the lab. really love that feeling like a demonstrator! :) honestly at this stage, i feel so nervous when thinking of my future. should i further my study, or gain experience by working? but i have make up my mind, i will apply for master in malaysia. studying for undergraduate in overseas is enough.
